Stretch Goal Message
We hit our target!! - Mālō ‘aupito!
We have officially hit our boosted goal for Sōsisi Tales of $6000, with $3k matched through Boosted x Moana with the support of CNZ. Every single donation and act of support means the world to us, and we are deeply grateful for it all.
Because of you all, we are now able to fairly compensate our cast and crew while also providing funding for materials and other financial costs associated with creating live work. We are now aiming for a stretch goal of $ 6,500, which will help provide the show with further financial support, allowing us to offer more support to our fantastic team who work on and off the stage.
We are all so excited to be able to bring the sōsisi to the stage!

Overview
Sōsisi Tales
A new Theatre show, created by Joshua Leota – Debuting at the 2026 Wellington Fringe Festival.
Three friends reunite after a year to embark on a pub crawl. What seems like catch-ups over a pint quickly becomes a confronting conversation that the group must have. Sōsisi Tales explores the concept of 'boys will be boys' and how society turns a blind eye to detrimental behaviours.

Mālō ‘Aupito & Fa’afetai Tele Lava! Thank You for Supporting Sosisi Tales
Mālō e lelei, Talofa Lava
From the deepest part of my heart, mālō ‘aupito and fa’afetai tele lava. Thank you so much for the love, generosity, and belief you have shown through your support of the Boosted x Moana campaign for Sōsisi Tales.
Every donation, every share, every message of encouragement has meant more to me than I can truly put into words. I have felt so held, so uplifted, and so supported by this incredible community. Your kindness has reminded me that this work does not stand alone, it is carried by many hands, many hearts, and so much love.
Fakamālō lahi atu for believing in this story, in our people, and in the power of theatre to honour the voices of our families and communities. Your support has helped bring Sōsisi Tales closer to the stage, and with it, the stories and truths that deserve to be seen and heard.
I carry your generosity with me into every rehearsal, every moment of creation, and every step forward. Please know that your support is not taken lightly. It is deeply felt, deeply appreciated, and never forgotten.
