About The Speakers

Conor is an Ōtautahi raised filmmaker who's been making films primarily on smartphone, telling heightened and funny tales of humans living in close quarters. His short The Flat screened at the Academy Award-accredited film festival Short Shorts Film Festival and Asia in 2023. The Ungrateful Tenant is his debut feature film, a silent slapstick descent into the living nightmare that is the Auckland rental market.
