You are the Book of Revelation - Funding for NZSL Interpreter

Winner of the Wellington Comedy Award for Best Newcomer 2019 and nominee for the Emerging Artist Award at the 2019 Fringe Awards, Jadwiga Green has been taking the Wellington scene to surreal new heights.

Alongside her own stand up, Jadwiga will be investigating and celebrating the life and work of the most cyber bullied person in history, Chris Chan - the North American comic book author, YouTuber, Internet celebrity and fellow disabled Queer trans woman. A mixture of stand-up comedy and verbatim theatre, Jadwiga begs the question "What makes it ok to laugh at one person, but not another?" Join us for a raw and wry adventure into the margins of gender, sexuality, sanity and creative determination. This project is aiming to raise funds to pay for an New Zealand Sign Language interpreter for one of the performances of You are the Book of Revelation.
