Overview
The film "No Acting In It" is a love project, self funded by the director, and brought to life with the incredible collaboration of the Harcourt-McKenzie whānau and by a collective of talented and passionate crew, including:
- Writer/Director/ Producer - Roberto Nascimento
- Producer/ Editor - Corey Le Vaillant
- Co-Producers - Ben Forman, Miranda Harcourt
- Cinematographers - Daniela Conforte & Jess Charlton
- Score by Andrew Thomas
The film was completed over a period of three years on the smell of an oily rag. Editing is complete, however, post-production needs some love.
We need to get the sound mix completed, and are looking into getting a post production house to help us get the film looking and sounding beautiful.
With your support, our goal of $2,000 will help us contribute towards the post-production mentioned above, cover some key film festival entries once film is finished.

Project Updates
THANK YOU ALL!
Our campaign closed yesterday and this is just another massive THANK YOU message. We are super happy and humbled by your support.
Our sound post is well underway with Auckland based studio Envy. We recently received the original score by the great Wellington composer Andrew Thomas, who created a beautiful and elegant score for the movie.
The wonderful Kate turned 95 last week and her birthday was celebrated with her whānau and friends.
I look forward to sharing this work with you and thank you for being a part of it.
