Capital E New Zealand Arts Festival for Children

March 2015 sees the return of the biggest arts festival in New Zealand for young people. Of the 11 fantastic New Zealand and New Zealand productions, four are world premieres, and one a mini Film-Festival, made by young people for young people! With 169 performances this year's Festival is a real explosion of dance, music and theatre. From 7-21 March, 18,000 students and 4,000 young people and their families are expected to attend the 7th Capital E New Zealand Arts Festival.

Our goal is to make this Festival accessible for all children.

We offer heavily subsidised tickets to schools, but transport costs are often cited as the main obstacle for participating. We would like to provide selected schools free transport to attend the Festival. It only costs $5 to put a child on a bus. With your help we can get as many kids as possible to see some of the world's best entertainment live performance, made especially for them.
