October 2022 was the month of the Moana on Boosted. Twenty Pasifika projects crowdfunded with the support of Creative New Zealand as part of the Boosted X Moana initiative. These projects were live for funding from 20 October until 17 November. See the Boosted X Moana projects here.

The Most Naked is an original, full-length live experience that strips nakedness to the bone. Creator and performer, Hannah Tasker-Poland reached her project goal in record time. $5k in 48 hours

Remember, not everyone you ask to give will give, so even a modest crowdfunding campaign aiming to raise a few thousand dollars requires getting in front of thousands of people.Unless you’re famous in your own right or have strong social influence, it’s unlikely you’ve got immediate access to a network of this size.
