I am a poet, an author, a lyrist, a music composer, a mental health advocate, and a fighter. I am so fortunate as I can turn all my passions into a career and I fight for justice. Being labelled as bipolar, I suffered hugely from the side effects of antipsychotic medications. I totally believe in autonomy for mental health patients which I have been fighting for for quite a few years now. To be able to work in the mental health arena is a commitment and a dream and it seems the dream is coming true.
