We've reached 85% of our target!
Kia ora koutou,
Thanks to 109 amazing supporters, we've reached 85% of our target with a little under two days left of the campaign! We're so close to the target now, and only need another $2,583 to get us over the line.
Thanks again to each and every one of you who has donated – we are so grateful for your donations, sharing of posts, and your kind and equally generous messages of support and encouragement and love for the Writers Walk.
We’re entering the very last stretch of our campaign, which runs until 6pm on Wednesday 20 May. If you’ve been meaning to support us, this is the moment. If you’ve already donated, sharing the campaign now could make all the difference. Every donation and every share helps!
Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou. Thank you again for your support and encouragement so far.
Ngā manaakitanga,

First photos of the sculpture under construction
Ngā mihi nui, our most grateful thanks to all of you for your support and your donations. We're in the home straight now of this Boosted campaign, and also of the sculpture construction.
So, we're thrilled to be able to share with you these first photos of the sculpture under construction at Human Dynamo Workshop in Te Motu Kairangi Miramar.
Ngā manaakitanga,
Wellington Writers Walk committee

Ka rawe! A wonderful Week 1 of our Writers Walk campaign!
Kia ora,
We are thrilled to have reached 28% of our goal in just one week! Thanks so much to our first 37 generous donors, for supporting this campaign right from the start.
It’s so encouraging to see this response and to know that your support is helping make this new sculpture possible.
If you’ve already donated, thank you. Thanks also to everyone who has shared this campaign from our Facebook and Instagram pages; spreading the word far and wide will help us reach new supporters.
We are really grateful and appreciative for your support – thank you again!
Ngā mihi nui,
Wellington Writers Walk
