We are so excited to announce that Pacific Sisters is one of 18 Pasifika participants selected for this year's Boosted X Moana arts crowdfunding platform, going LIVE today!

For every dollar we raise, Creative New Zealand will match the donation up to $10,000, which is HALF of our $20,000 project funding goal! BUT we can only unlock this match funding if we successfully CROWDFUND the other half ($10,000) by the 31st of October. It's all-or-nothing! Heads up, we are still able to crowdfund for 2 MORE DAYS until the official end of the Boosted campaign on Tuesday, October 31st, as we hit our 100% fundraising goal EARLY, thanks to our rockstar

donors!!

Any additional funds donated over $20,000 (although no longer matched)

will be allocated towards the Boosted campaign commission fee of 10%, which is

deducted from the Total Raised. So we are aiming for a STRETCH GOAL of $22,000 (an extra $2,000, or 10% of

$20,000), to be able to produce the fully realised work!! All further donations, no matter how big or small, will be

gratefully received...

Our Boosted X Moana campaign IS NOW OVER, and we have raised an absolutely AMAZING 105% of our fundraising goal of $20,000! - That's a fundraising TOTAL of $21,150!! WOW!!! 

After 10% campaign fees are deducted, all remaining funds will be for the production of our new work; MORUROA- the Extended Version remix, in preparation for the Biennale of Sydney, opening March 2024.  

We take this opportunity to express our most humble thanks to our families, friends, associates and all the amazing souls who have so generously donated towards this project, especially those who so importantly, have helped us spread the word to others throughout this Boosted month! We acknowledge your beautiful words of encouragement and tautoko for our work that truly uplifts us.
