Kia ora,

We were absolutely delighted to come into the office after the weekend to see that we have reached our target on Boosted.

This marks the first public fundraiser for the gallery’s return to Te Ngākau Civic Square in 2026 — and thanks to your generosity, we’re well on our way to lighting the space beautifully. There’s still more to do, but this is a powerful step to what promises to be a bold and inspiring new chapter.

In the coming months, we’ll be sharing exciting updates, including the artist for our first exhibition back in our iconic building, as we focus on rejuvenating the city and its economy with art and creativity.

There are many ways to stay involved, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
