Thank you so much for backing our fabulous film. Your support means more than we can say. In times like these, supporting creativity and storytelling is incredibly important, and it’s heart warming to know there’s a community willing to stand behind local voices and local stories.

Because of you, we’re now able to move forward with the next stage of the journey. Over the coming month we’ll be deep in storyboarding, script revisions, rehearsals, prop making etc... as we bring everything together for the shoot!

WOW!!! With 3 days left we have made it past 100%, this means we have hit our goal. THANK YOU!!!! 

This film would not have been possible without your support, and we are truly grateful beyond words. Not only is this film an incredible opportunity for a lot of the creators on board, it is also an important story to tell. 

In 2026, it's crucial for us to lean on our communities and tell our stories. This project represents that.  Please don't forget to follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to keep updated outside of this campaign. 

Through reaching our goal, we have met more than half our overall budget. An incredible milestone. 

If you have friends who still want to give please don't hesitate to remind them. We have 3 days until the campaign closes, every extra bit will go towards paying, feeding and housing the crew as well as creative costs like camera hire and art department.

It's the final week for our boosted campaign and we are so grateful to have made it this far. Thank you, thank you, thank you to those who have donated!! We only have a little way to go so please do what you can to share this campaign and our socials with your community.

An icon, a trailblazer, and a proud takatāpui queen. Ramon brings an extraordinary depth of experience to our short film. As a documentarian, musician, filmmaker, actor, TV presenter and of course ex-showgirl, she carries an inspiring creative legacy.

We are beyond lucky to have her part of this kaupapa. Her mana, talent, and storytelling brilliance elevate this project in every way. ✨
