Fau is a 30 minute Pasifika livestream pilot episode talk show with an aim to discuss, empower, and inform the Pasifika community about topics relevant in today’s time and age. In Samoan, Fau can mean to build, create and build and that’s what the aim for this show is, to build and create a platform for young Pasifika adults to discuss, inform, empower, debate, show real action and find solutions for issues and problems within the Pasifika community.
About the Team 🌺
Fau consists of both second and third years students within the Creative Media Production course at Massey University! We are a bunch of hard working individuals who are passionate about telling indigenous stories and learning new skills!
Our third year students consist of;
- Tui Pilitati- Co-Producer/Director
- Philly Kingsford-Brown- Co-Producer/Director
- Nico Li- Director of Photography
- Courtney Day- Art Director and Marketing Manager
- Maeve O'Connell- Tech Lead, Graphic Designer, Art Department Coordinator
