In conjunction with BATS Theatre’s 30th Anniversary Year they will be reviving The PIT BAR.
The PIT BAR, which was fondly referred to as Wellington’s smallest bar and the winner of Capital Times 'BEST BAR STAFF" award, was set up in 1999 when BATS took over the lease of the two small spaces in the foyer of 1 Kent Terrace.
During the month of September, for one month and one month only, they are bringing back the spirit The PIT BAR was, and we're upping the anti. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Featuring Local bands, Live acts, Poetry Night, Drag and so much more.
