The Six Dollar Fifty Man - Oscar possibility — 14.12.10

Louis Armstrong and Mark Albiston's short film 'The Six Dollar Fifty Man’ is in the top ten Live Action shorts, of 76 entries, to move on to the voting process for the final Academy Award nominations to be announced on 25 January 2011.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced  ten Live Action shorts, of seventy-six entries, that will move on to the voting process for the final Academy Award nominations to be announced on January 25 for the 83rd Annual Oscar presentation on February 27.

The Ten films, as chosen by the Short Films and Feature Animation Branch Reviewing Committee, are listed below:
