Arts therapy uses art-making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. Arts 4 Us introduces children to the creative arts through a hands-on, multimedia, experiential art-based programme. Unlike traditional art-making, Arts 4 Us is all about the creative process rather than the outcome. Each session is run by a qualified Arts Therapist and is suitable for children 6-12 years.
