Jemaine Clement, 2017 Arts Foundation Laureate
Comedian, Musician, Actor and Filmmaker

1. One half of the self-proclaimed "fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo a cappella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo."

2. In 2016, he lent his voice to Tamatoa, a giant coconut crab, in the Disney animated film Moana (both in English, and the Māori dub). He based the character's voice on that of David Bowie.

3. He's a long-time collaborator of fellow Arts Foundation Laureate, Taika Waititi
