'It is what it is' Autobiography

I’m Bob Kerridge — a man with a long history in animal welfare, and now, an author sharing my story with the world.

For the last 32 years, I worked at the SPCA, dedicating my life to improving the lives of animals in New Zealand. But this project, this book, is a different kind of work for me. It’s been something I’ve been thinking about for years, and I feel like now is the time to finally put it all down. It’s been building in the back of my mind — like a quiet hum — and I can’t ignore it anymore.

I want to share the story of my father, Sir Robert Kerridge, and the incredible impact he had on the world. And I also want to share my own story, from business to animal welfare, and how the two of us — a father and son — shaped each other's legacies in ways we could never have imagined.
