Born in New Zealand of Indian & Pacific decent. Her practice explores the relationship between engagement in arts, culture & subjective well-being. Tiffany has worked on sustainable community outreach, exploring engagement in the arts that are focused on expanding research within the social sciences. Her interest in cultural preservation combined with strong social discourse has seen her use the arts as a vehicle for education, outreach & empowerment.

Tiffany has created significant works of scale both in New Zealand & internationally. Her works often suggest positive impact by facilitating audiences through fine art frameworks to engender policy & advocacy of social cohesion. Her Social Practice approach is informed by Eastern Philosophy with a lens towards acknowledging traditional devices that affect well-being to foster unique art & social impact outcomes.

Since graduating from Elam School of Fine Arts with Honours in 2008, Tiffany has instigated major national and international projects. She has participated in a number of residencies across New Zealand, India and the USA. In 2013 Tiffany’s project Fly Me Up To Where You Are received an award from the Human Rights Commission for bringing together diverse communities. The project took her into low decile schools across New Zealand, where she asked children to express their hopes and dreams for the future. She worked with the children to turn their ideas into a visual language, and were then transferred onto a huge array of Tibetan Peace Flags. 5000 of these flags flew in Aotea Square in Auckland, 5000 more flew outside Pataka Museum in Wellington, and another 5000 flew in Christchurch. All 15,000 flags came together at Frank Kitts Park, Wellington, for the New Zealand Arts Festival.

Tiffany has exhibited in a number of group exhibitions including: Preserve, Papakura Art Gallery, 2011; Stealing the Senses, Govett Brewster, New Plymouth, 2011 and Knowing Me, Knowing You, Artspace, Auckland, 2010. She has received significant recognition for her work - in 2012 she participated in a residency at Shanti Studios in India and in 2013 she held a residency at McCahon House in Titirangi and at the Montalvo Arts Centre in California.

In 2017 Tiffany received an Arts Foundation New Generation Award.
