Kent Gardner

Kent Gardner is co-founder and CEO of Evans Randall Investors, the London based private equity real estate investor responsible for some £9 billion of real estate transactions both in London and across Europe. Kent is a passionate advocate for arts and creativity, as well as being a donor, patron and advisor to a substantial number of charities, education and sporting organisations in both New Zealand and the UK. In 2012, Kent was named UK New Zealander of the Year, and has been recognised as a Kea World Class New Zealander. During his time in London, Kent was also a patron of the Royal Academy of Arts, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and The Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.
