Why I Support AF:I believe in the power of the arts and the power of artists. At their best artists share the truths of their own individual stories, open doors that showcase our commonalities and highlight our differences and perhaps most of all provide a medium through which we lift up communities and amplify the voices of those who have been historically overlooked. I look forward to working with The Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi as we work to provide a voice to all New Zealanders and highlight the extraordinary richness and vibrancy of our country.
