Philanthropy in the USA - Four

20 Aug 2010

On a mission to understand what makes US philanthropy for the arts tick, Simon Bowden has reported from Portland, Oregon. He is on a State Department funded trip and is recording a video log of what he is learning.

In this third posting from the US, Simon talks to Tim DuRoche from the World Affairs Council. The Council hosted Simon's programme in Portland. Tim is a improvising musician who plays the drums.
