Elect the Dead Symphony is the first live album by 'System of a Down' frontman Serj Tankian. The recording features the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra at the Auckland Town Hall in Auckland, at a concert held in 2009. Orchestral arrangements were by John Psathas (Laureate).
At the end of March Elect The Dead Symphony'album debuted at number two on the US Classical Music Chart and had maintained a position in the Top 10 in the second week of release.
The recording of the extraordinary concert, conducted by Hamish McKeich, has now been released as a CD/DVD set and is available for purchase.
