Gaylene Preston is recipient of one of the Documentary Edge Awards held in Wellington on 3 March. The Minister of Broadcasting presented Gaylene with the inaugural "Documentary Edge - Best Contribution to the New Zealand Industry - The Outstanding Achievement Award"
Documentary Edge is the only competitive documentary film festival in Australasia.
